Additional Information
The Foyer is a light and spacious entrance. With marbled floor and carpeted section. The open-plan area is ideal for exhibition space, registration, merchandising. The design enables event organisers to choose their own layout for maximising impact. For larger exhibitions using the Brighton Centre, it adds valuable, additional space, when used with Meeting Room 1Auditorium 1 The Main Hall is the setting for political and international conferences, exhibitions, and banquets.. It can be adapted in many ways so that the space can be used for almost any purpose with the minimum of difficulty, and maximum effect. It is valued by event organisers and production companies needing a very large adaptable space to create branded sets within. The East and West Bars run adjacent .
Auditorium 2 is a light, spacious room with great sea views. It is a versatile meeting space for up to 640 delegates. It is ideal for use as a plenary room, exhibition space, pre-dinner receptions and banquets.. As the seating is not fixed, the room can be laid out to the organisers individual requirements. There is a soundproof link room to Auditorium 1, which organisers can benefit from an additional 597m2 of continuous floor space if needed. Included in the hire of Auditorium 2 is a Bar, which is ideal for use as a private bar area or office for organisers or speakers.
Syndicate Wings 1&2 and Syndicate 3&4 has its own entrance, cloakroom facilities and bar. It can be used as a self -contained venue, but is linked to the main building, so is suitable for use as a large breakout/exhibition area. The Wing comprises of two floors of meeting space which can be divided into two sections with sound proof walls, creating 4 smaller rooms With full facilities for the disabled, and an extra room, Meeting Room 14, suitable to be used as a crèche or organisers office,
The Restaurant is a light, spacious room with a raised dining area overlooking the beachfront. A versatile function room that works well for VIP/Speakers lunches and dinners. It is directly accessed by a lift from the MAIN FOYER.
Meeting Room 1 is located at the back of the Foyer and can be used as additional exhibition space. Often used as a cloakroom area, if the Foyer is required for exhibition space.
Office 2 Located at the end of Auditoruim 2, this office works well as an organisers office or speakers room.
Meeting Rooms 3 & 5 and Office 4
A suite of two meeting rooms with natural daylight and a small dressing room with kitchen and a shower room. Located conveniently close to Auditorium 1 and has the infrastructure/supporting technology for clients to use as the centre for their organisers' operations. Hire of this suite is only possible with Auditorium 1 bookings
Meeting Rooms 6 & 8 and Office 7
This suite offers 3 rooms, which are available for VIP receptions, offices, boardroom style meetings or dressing rooms. Along with Rooms 9,10,11,12 and 13 and including Mass Media, this range of smaller meeting rooms, offices, media and back stage catering areas make up the third floor back stage suite. Hire of this suite is only possible with Auditorium 1 bookings.
Meeting Rooms 9 & 10 and Offices 11 – 13
The suite offers a further 5 small breakout or meeting rooms. Along with Rooms 6, 7, 8 and Mass Media, this range of smaller meeting rooms, offices, media and back stage catering areas make up the third floor back stage suite. Hire of these rooms is only possible with Auditorium 1 bookings.
